4 - Concentration: do not disperse, but have clear objectives
5 - The challenge: it is by challenging and going beyond your habits and taking risks as you grow.
6 - Helping others: it is by helping others that one enriches oneself.
7 - Tenacity: we must not be defeated at the first obstacle.
8 - Openness: we must question ourselves, and always seek new solutions
In my view you miss one main point for the success.. "Dedications". I hope it would be very important factor to achieve the goal of success. thanks for sharing my friend @redouanemez..
