haha, I doubt it. Not unless we pay for votes (via a memo send). That circle looks pretty closed to me!
TBH I haven't analysed memo sends - although I am gradually compiling a record of accounts which share the same exchange memos! Only to be published once my rep is significantly higher. May be sometime.
You might 'break in' once they realise they've got something to gain - then you could quit all that data analysis nonsense - no real money in that after all! ;)
