It's awesome to have a challenge to kick start or restart or refocus, especially since you quit work. I need one too .. I'd so love to know your secret ones haha. I haven't been feeling great either so I'm glad my husband goes to work instead of me. Perhaps I'll start a challenge of walking 4 days a week, as I really need to increase my WALKING fitness again after my hip tendonitis.

I have to be honest and report that the initial 30 day challenge was a fail, lol. But it did help me implement some small but good habits. After a medical check up I had to make some adjustments and just started this challenge again.
I hope you managed to take time for some daily walks and that you're feeling better overall. :)
