I used to suffer a lot from back pain, and what helped was starting to work out, specially exercises like deadlifts that target that area. Always with extreme caution and starting slowly as it could damage the back more if not executed with good technique!

total agree with you on that, diet should be maintained too, heavy work out and improper diet could lead to other health issue.
