According to what you say I understand that it is vital to create and emotionally nourish our internal circle, I had never thought about that and I think your reflection is very interesting, however I perceive that your approach has a somewhat selfish character, based on a personal interest, I agree with you in strengthening those circles but I would integrate myself into other circles to support these people and as a result my own circle would be created automatically, I congratulate you on your post.
