My previous post was about my first autumn abroad. This post is about my first winter abroad.
I have experienced snow in South Africa as a graduating high school student. I had my first kinda girlfriend, I saw boobs for the first time and nearly gave my friend a concussion with a snowball…it was a great day. With that said, the winters in Sokcho, South Korea, were mid blowing.
I love the snow, the white covered landscape creates an atmosphere of excitement, like anything is possible.
My best friend took this photo as we were walking to record a failed EP. I tell people that he is my best friend, he tells people I forced him to join my band.
My apartment used to be right on the beach, I would wake up to the smell of the ocean every morning, and one morning I woke up to a thick white blanket protecting the sand on the beach.
