Our son went to got visit his brother for a couple weeks. It was kind of nice to have a little more elbow room for a bit.
When you get 3 people cramped up in a 26' room, any time you get a little breathing room is nice.
We got a call about the apartment we might be getting , and the other people decided not to move right now.
So that was kind of a bummer - looks like we're stuck out here in the boondingies in this trailer a little longer.
I actually tried a little image editing the other day just for something different - yeah, that sucked.
The new GIMP is nothing like the old one i was used to - so I get to fight the learning curve again.
I was hoping for just a quick project to distract from other hectic stuff - i just wasn't looking for a brain bashing learning session.
We have a really really drafty door that i'm gonna have to look at and get some weather stripping for - the cold breeze through here makes my feet feel like friggin ice cubes, even wearing double socks.
At least we getting $600 stimulus one of these days - we can at least cover the lot rent for another couple months.
I've been thinking bout some other coding projects - but my brain is constantly in tired mode - i just need to be not so damn tired all the time.
Well, i'm gonna go take a nap and try to get my feet warm.
