I don't really know the absolute answer for this question.
One day,When I was in 10th grade,I didn't go to school.I went with my neighbour to reap the rice from their paddy field instead. One of the co-worker who was having the age of my father asked me about me eluding the school that day.My reply,I think, was phenomenal.I Answered.
"Doesn't matter when,But for sure I'm going to die one day.All that I'm going to procure is NOTHING..Then why should I go to school and obey the teachers instead of indulging in what I actually like?"
If you Google this question, you will be able to find a myriads of fantastic, fabulous, beautiful and esoteric answers written by high-end philosophers..As I had determined not to plagiarise or imitate others,I'm gonna present my perspectives on this matter.
The probability of you and me being born the way we are is toooo small.we are the results of pure randomness that yet to be discovered. All living beings in this world are travelling towards the same climax - 'The Death'
A kid was born
Yesterday's kid now is a toddler
Yesterday's toddler now is a teenager
Yesterday's tennager now is a youth
Yesterday's youth now is a middle-aged
Yesterday's middle-aged now is an aged
The aged has died
This is how the world works. We are meant to die one day.But does that mean that we are here just for the sake of dying?
To live up to 90 or 100 years nowadays has become a common sight to see.Every stage in life is unique and One must go through all those phases because that's how we are designed to be.Yes,you read it right-We are designed!
As we are designed by the 'Natural Selection' out of complex and complete randomness,we are obliged to be abide by the rules of the designer..Is there any designer or rules? I'm a rational guy, hence you can expect my answer..it is a big NO if you have started to think beyond this universe and the existence of a GOD.

PURPOSE OF LIFE
I don't see any purpose behind our birth as everything we are told as purposes are mere man-mades.Pragmatically speaking,we are living because we have to..We are afraid of dying.
We will die one day,But we should live Because we have to because we are already born!
Nothing is absolute
Im eagerly waiting to read your takes on this matter.feel free to comment.

Wow, those are some big questions you are asking.
Well, here's my take:
I believe that humanity has a job to play in the story of the Universe. I think we are destined to move beyond this world and fulfil a role. I don't think the individual really matters, generally speaking, but it is about our collective impact.
Obviously, some remarkable individuals do have an impact, but most of us are just foot soldiers, destined to live ordinary lives and die. And honestly, I don't think there is much to be gained from pondering that. The life of the individual is futile, and within 50 or so years of our death, it will be like we never existed.
Which is a thoroughly miserable thought! So don't think it!
Remember the golden rule: treat others as you would want to be treated, and try and have some fun along the way.
Having children changed a lot for me. I can try and make them better than I am, and hope that they go on to be a remarkable individual. And I hope that they don't spend too much time thinking about the futility of exsistence!
hope is what keeps us alive even when there are situations when everything seems to be lost. keep living and make your life purposeful. I have seen my mil becoming a vegetable - I mean turning from a smart lady to the present condition of dementia. The lesson I learned - do good as much as we can before we become incapable of doing it
