The problen with private prisons, they have to meet their quotas, when not enough people are commiting crimes they change the laws, these companies use prisoners as slaves and society doesnt care becuase they've broken the law which was set by the influence of prison lobyiests, it a sick world and it needs to change. Incarceration for profit is horrifying. This is really one of those areas that, if at all possible, I think you want to remove the profit motive from the people making the decisions.
