Do you know what your BOOGERS taste like? Hahaha! You might not even want to know 'cause just the thought of it disgust you. Realizing things like this, though it sound disgusting, is very essential to our well-being considering that it opens our mind of the condition of our body. So together lets figure out what are BOOGER taste like!

Our body is capable of protecting itself from foreign objects through producing its own antibodies. Mucus in our nose, is an antibody which is produced by our body in order to protect us from inhaling germs or dirt to the lungs, brought by the polluted air. These antibodies are signs that you are healthy, if you don't have BOOGERS then maybe you need to see a doctor. Our body has a special way to protect itself from certain diseases such as when you have a cold, the mucus in our nose starts to be watery, this is done by our body in order to flush the viruses in out and help us get well fast, so be thankful if you have runny nose, it mends you.

If you have tasted your boogers, then you should know what it taste like! Its SALTY! Yes, you've read it right, its salty! Mucus in our nose consist of 95% of water, 3% of mucin (the slimy substance of a mucus) and 2% of other substance, such as protein and salt, that is why your Booger is SALTY!!

Then if you love salty foods you now have a self produced salty food substitute! Just JOKING!
Note: You should SNOT eat your booger, cause its filthy! Yuck! Hahaha!
