Object No. 221 is located in the mountain the Target in Alsou's natural boundary which is near Balaklava. It is possible to get on an object, having turned from the main road Sevastopol-Yalta on the village of Morozovka. Construction of the facility was begun in 1977 and about 15 years proceeded. In 1992, with the collapse of the USSR, almost finished object was thrown and so far completely plundered by plunderers of metal. The construction represents two poterna connected inside by roundish tunnels. Actually in the mountain the Target the four-storeyed house is built. Poterna on an output come to an end with the disguised inputs in the form of two two-storeyed buildings to which inputs were closed by massive antiatomic doors. At peak of the mountain way out of air and waveguide shafts with a diameter of 4.5 meters and about 182 meters high are found. Shakhty at peak of the mountain is superimposed by concrete constructions with lock-chambers.
