TGIF - Why do we have to thank God for Friday? Fridays comes along at the fixed intervals just like any other day.
But being humans, we look forward to rest days where we could do ANYTHING we want, without the bounding parameters of a typical workday.
But wouldn't it be cool, if work wasn't really work? And we enjoy doing the "work" just like a hobby. Wouldn't that be cool?
Will doing too much of what we like, make the hobby into work be too much... making us hate the work, hence the hobby? Thoughts Thoughts....
Meanwhile on the economic front, the Government in Singapore introduce (overnight) new policies to "cool-down" property prices. By increasing tax on property... making it harder for people to buy property.. the policies include the amount of money that can be borrowed from banks. Surely, this move will cause some unhappiness for people in the market to buy or sell property. The only sure thing in life is death and taxes.... hence cost of living in Singapore will keep rising... thats the new normal.
