Thanks for sharing your recipe with us! You did make a really nicely written, good looking post with nice images! I love smoothies to, and indeed, frozen fruits are my best friends for it, for sure in the mourning! My favourite (for 2 pers.) is this one:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups of frozen mango
  • 4 cups of raw (not frozen) spinach
  • 1,5 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of water

(Cups the size of a regular coffee cup)!

Stay healthy! Get your vitamins in the mourning ;-) I also drink a little protein shake after the smoothie, as I'm doing muscle training and I need it to recover!
