life changes and life goes on... its crazy how that works out right?

focused on mental and physical health, wooooo hooooo gooo me!!!
that means quitting smokes? and colas? and what else? oh, right, drinking more water, exercise, gym, steam room, sauna, bike rides, running again tho...... sleeping better. no more dabs? fuuuuuuuuu.... ok, ok ok... on it.

and something to look forward to when those changes made now start to be noticed... (march ish)
