When you hold unto unforgiveness and live in grudges in your heart,all you do is build a wall of separation, you might think you are protecting yourself but No you are not,you are shutting people out of your lives,you become isolated,alone,pained, bittered, wrapped and imprisoned by your own bitterness, you cage down yourself, those walls of separation aren't just merely keeping people out,those walls are keeping you penned in,tear the wall down

Everyday you realize you want to make a step forward but something keeps holding you down,this becomes a poison to your heart and soul, this contaminate your inner self. You might think about what they did to you and how deep it got to you badly but No do it for yourself
If you truly wanna be free quit holding that junk unto your life,forgive the people who hurt you so you can get out of that prison,get the bitterness out of your life, let it go,don't let the root of bitterness continue to bitter your life,you can't change the fruit if nothing is done on the root.

Forgiveness shouldn't be a difficult task, once you set your mind never to hold burdens of hate. Have it in mind that people are different and you should expect the worse from anyone since everyone has his own mindset to what life is all about.

Forgiving people can be so difficult and painful. Confronting people that have wronged you is made a bit easier by words like you have written. Getting the burden of hate off of your chest can give such a profound feeling of happiness and contentment.
