Yes I know it looks a bit silly. Everyone sleeps and everyone knows that sleeping is important but today I am going to share some maters that you may have never knew. But still its going to be helpful for you.

⦁ HOW LONG TO SLEEP?
Sleeping needs depend on many factors like age or hard work. But adults need to sleep 7 to 8 hours every day. Babys need to sleep upto 18 hours of sleep. teens may need to sleep 7 to 10 hours.

⦁ Less sleep makes you look older.
I have seen an episode of (brain games (probably)) in the the discovery channel where they showed how sleeping effects you to look older or younger. Those who sleeps 7 to 8 hours daily was showed to look younger then those who sleeps less.

⦁ Lack of sleep causes acne get worse.
⦁ Over sleeping may cause lower back pain, diabetes, stroke, headaches, heart disease etc.
⦁ Over sleeping and lack of sleeping both can cause you to be over weighted.
⦁ There are some confusions about on which side sleeping is the best. Many says sleeping on you back (face up position) is the best way. But if you have snoring matters you should sleep on your belly.

⦁ It is a myth that you have to sleeping in the morning is not good and sleeping at night is good. But sleeping in dark and silence is good.
⦁ You should complete you dinner at least before 2 hours of sleeping or should not have heavy food before sleeping.
⦁ Lack of sleep will make you feel tired and too much sleep may also make you feel tired. Lack of sleep can also cause you feeling stressed.
⦁ Within 5 minutes of waking up 50% of your dreams are forgotten..
⦁ Ideally falling sleep at night should take 10-15 minutes.
⦁ In Japan you are permitted to sleep in school and work. If you are working or studing for long time take a short break and have a sound sleep if you can. It will boost up your mind and help you to be more productive.
⦁ Sleeping in sitting and half laying position maybe harmful for you normally.

Sleeping is as important as proper diet or exercise. So dont avoid a sound sleep. Wish you a good sleep tonight.
