Our senses connect us,
we're tempted to look and then touch,
treat people like books and read them,
if their influenced by appearance deceive them,
i'm hearing in sequence,
gunshots, mama crying, police late but wanna know every detail,
behind yo back they share they feelings be very discreet,
cause in the streets get beat 6ft before they bury the beef,
thats why words we learn to choose wisely,
and don't judge me if you're not willing to walk in my shoe size,
and if I ain't discussed it in writing then its too private,
not minding yo business like committing suicide,
they ain't dodging no punches you get hit then you will die,
whats beautiful bout a life,
that can be taken at anytime?
