A friend of mine recently said that if you don't fight, you get ripped off at every corner no matter where you live.
You literally have to fight for your own money.
Sounds weird, but the past 2 weeks I've had to deal with many things:
- Innaproprietly frozen money on my credit card
- False sales pitches
- Poor quality commodities for expensive prices
- The list goes on...
Honestly, I am not think I am a dumbass or naive. It is just that once you grow older and have funds, every peasant at every corner tries to take advantage of you.
All you can do is, stay up for your rights, stay cautious in who you trust and get yourself a lawyer for support 😂
