My second advise for reducing stress is to do workout regularly. Scientist Astrid Bjornebekk has shown in her studies That workout helps to improve the communication between the nerv cells in the brain. This leads to less anxiety and a more even and good mood. It also helps in making decisions. Workout also improves the immune system and cleans out the body from waste products.

So, for many people it seems hard work to do workout, but in fact its harder for the body without workout.
