I agree that things should not be changed too much. The system as it stands gives everyone a chance to earn something, but it can never be perfect. It's still a tiny platform and people should be working to grow it rather than worrying about short term profits. There may be much more to be made down the line, if it can grow. There may be competitors coming along and Steem needs to make the most of its head start. The community is vital and no other blockchain platform has such a good community, as we saw at the London show.
