Are you addicted to overthinking?

Hello everyone.
People say we are not addicted to over thinking but i overthink sometime and " I can't really control sometimes"
then what id addiction? addiction is something on which you don't have control over it.
And you would not be overthinking about positivity in life but you would be thinking about the negative outcomes which could happen in future. which leads to depression, fear, limiting belief and anxiety.it all comes from one thing only OVERTHINKING!!!

Where does it come from?
It comes from thinking too much about thinking too much about the future and living in the moment.

how to control it?
first of all you need to understand that overthinking is not bad if you have control over it.
but if you don't then the very first thing which you need to do is to be present in the moment.

So how you bring your mind in present?
you have to do whatever you are doing and bring your conscious thought to it and notice as much about it as you possibly can. For example, if you sitting in front of an air conditioner, feel the freezing air it is throwing, think that you will never be able to come in this moment of time again, feel the breathe you are taking in, hear the sound of the air conditioner, feel what is going around you and you bring your mind to the present moment.
Now you are forcing your senses to feel this present moment and not allowing it to thing of something else. you are enjoying just be feeling from you senses and you are taking control on your mind.
when you stop overthinking you will start noticing that you are way more happier because you start focusing on the present and real problem and would be ignoring all the imaginary problems which is really crucial.
you will start noticing that it was an addiction, but which you can break.

yes you are right , if we think for think and this take from more time i think you have to learn so think you like it from net or book that will help you to do different think first time the brain will think for the new things if it like it , thank you for share it to useful the people :)
