She wasn't interested, she cried wailed wishing this would just be a dream. Such an awful man he was, he took her innocence and felt no minute remorse about it, he used her like a filthy rag and laughed thereafter like an Hunter that had found a big game.

source
She stood up from the defilement platform and took what was left of her ripped underwears and garment. She did it sobbing and wincing, this wasn't the first time so she definitely knew what to do next.
In the line up of her damage control, she had few things she did after getting defiled.
•Wash up pretty hard, scrubbing her body and her privates to clean him off.
•Slice herself to get his blood out of hers.
•Brush her teeth and scrub her mouth.
•Get rid of the underwears and dress of course.
•Drink enough water to flush his sperm down.
How naive of her but that was how best she could handle it.
For those who don't know what just happened up there, the pretty girl was just raped.

source
Rape is an act of using violence to have sex with someone without their consent and permission. It is an act of enforcing sex on an unwilling party.
Now this is a very common situation in our immediate environment but what then would you do if you had met this girl before she performed her "cleansing rite". What if she was your sister, how would you help her psychologically, physically and emotionally.
How would you deal with the man involved even if he still isn't remorse at your threats.
How would you make him pay for what he did?
How would you make the pretty girl have a life that wouldn't be altered by the experience?
This is Scenario 4, and your Opinion is needed

It's a nice post you have got here. But these things are easier said than done. Most victims live their lives in fear, low self esteem and eternal trauma. The damage of abuse is very grave, it kills the victim in ways unexpected.
I have a friend who is a rape victim and I can tell how hard it's been for her even though she was raped at age 6. The psychological, physical, emotional and even societal effects it has on her can't be exaggerated. As much as the society condemns rape, victims of this circumstances are strongly stigmatized. Parents don't want daughter-in-law who's has once been raped, getting their life back has proven difficult. Most don't, but with strong determination and having the right type of people around who sees beyond the circumstance only then can a rape victim overcome the grief. My friend has hopes, ambitions, aspirations that I fully support and so many others who know her story, she even has a platform where she advices young girls on how to survive after being violated. As for the man who committed the offense, no amount of pleads can make him unpunished by LAW.
Weldone @t-flames 👌
Great input @dimsyto. Wow... At age 6. That's wicked! Very wicked.
That's it. Even some of them are stigmatized by their parents. Talkless of in-laws.
I hope everything victim out there finds friends like you who will encourage them and help them to see life better and clearer. It's hard. Very hard. But they walk and live among us. They smile and wear a bright all is well look. But they are dying and struggling with life.
Let's encourage these people, let's stand by them and give them hope. Let's be their confidence and strength..
Thank you for dropping by
And I came across this picture
I can’t understand what kind of person can perform acts like this, very sad.
Very very sad. But it's a cancer that is eating deeply into our universe. Fathers raping their daughters. Even guys get raped.

Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
Great article brother, nice to see you at freedomexsits show...❤️
Thanks John for always supporting and encouraging. I feel more than blessed having you as a part of my Steemit journey. Thank you and keep doing what you do.
In my own opinion, I don't think there's any punishment that will suffice. Will he be castrated? Will he be sent to life imprisonment? Will he be hung? Even if all these are done to him, the young girl's pride cannot be gotten back and it's really disheartening. Some of them committing this crimes could be helped one way or the other. We might not know how his background was or how he grew up; maybe the things he went through while growing up might be the reasons behind his actions (though it's not justifiable).
Let me give an example and this is a true life story. I met a girl and invited her to church and she came. With time we became very close and I was opportune to know somethings in her past life. She was raped by her uncle when she was just 13 years old. That encounter grew with her and she sworn that she was going to use men the way that suit her. But thank God she's a changed person now as a result of her coming to church.
So you see, sometimes people's past affect them in a way; unless they are helped, they might not change. Nice great post bro.
Thank you so much for your comment. Much appreciated.
That's true. Nothing can bring back her pride. But let's reach out to them, let's find them out because they are so. Close to. Us. Some are our girlfriends, wives, sisters, but won't talk to anyone.
And the rapists, no excuse can justify that. But there are some that wickedly do it. It's painful bro. Real painful.
I try not to think of it. It's scary in thought alone talk less going through the experience.
Hello @t-flames
Rape is indeed a common and serious case presently. If the girl were to be my sister, i would ask her questions concerning what lead to the rape, because at that point i would be confused. I would also comfort her at all times. I would let her know that been raped isn't the end of the world. We live in a cruel world, so bad things can happen if you aren't careful.
I know she would blame herself for the incident, but i will assure her repeateadly that she is not to be blamed for the rape, no matter what bad decision she might have made before or after the attack. Rape may have been her first sexual experience, and this can cause her to have unrealistic and frightening beliefs about intimacy and relationships. I would make her understand that adult intimacy will not leave her feeling dirty or spoiled, that rape does not ruin her chances of enjoying relationship and living her life. Then, i will make sure she takes proper medical care, regardless of what our parents would say if they knew about the rape..
As for the man, at first, i would be in serious rage, would want to kill him with my bare hands, but doing that dosent make me different from the man that raped her, so i wouldn't do that. I will leave vengance for God, because if he were to be put in prison, her pride(which is her virginity) cannot be restored back unto her.
Thank you!!! And keep steeming..
Wow. Wow. Am blown away by your comment.
I love the part where you reassured her and help her to stop condemning herself.
Most times, when something parents hear of their children being raped, they shift the rage and anger on the poor girl who has been violated and is below zero in esteem already.
Let's encourage them that they can still enjoy intimacy. Not all men are animals. We still respect ladies.
And as for the man, it's a tough decision.
Thanks for participating in the contest.
The pleasure is mine:)
I look forward to seeing more piece from you
