That is why we want to boost the reward we are hoping the person that gave the tip on the location of the body will come forward again, we are hoping the person that gave the tip wasn't the person responsible, we are hoping they money might out weigh their fear of coming forward. If it was the person responsible for her death, then I doubt raising the reward is gonna work. But damn it her family and friends are gonna try every thing we can.

And yes, and they said she left, but the people whose party she was at could be involved. We don't know right now what is the truth and what is lies.
Rewards rarely are high enough for people to risk the death of their loved ones. It doesn't work. You have to use the stick, not a carrot.
Sometimes it works though, normally it is criminal tripping themselves up that get them caught, hopefully who ever did it trips themselves up
