How can you know which things to say no, even an emphatic "NO!" to and how do you decide which options are worthy not only a yes, but a "Hell Yes!" in life?
It can be tough. In this video I deal with that and give you some guidelines that can make it easier for you to decide. This short video could help if you're facing a decision that is important.
Please let me know what you think. I look forward to hearing from you!
All the best,
Terry

Nice post
Thank you!
Thank you nice of you to stop by
Warning, if you say no to everything until your tongue bleeds, do not eat salt and vinegar chips. Just joking. Great video!
Good words of advice. I'll try to remember that! :-)
Don't say "Yes" to please others when you would have said "No." Your decision can affect you negatively. We are victims of the choices we make in life. Decide wisely.
I agree with you @amelin. You speak from wisdom.
Thank you.
Yes it is true what you say, sometimes we are faced with two difficult decisions, the truth is true for certain things we must say yes, but because of certain factors we have to say no. when we face an inner war, disappointed and dissatisfied with our decision. Do not say No but say Yes or Yes Yes is as simple but sometimes very difficult to practice. You have given way to that difficult thing. Thank you very much. May we see each other virtually.
Yep, it is that "inner war" that makes it difficult. What do we say yes to and where do we have to say no. I think that is based on our core principles and what our long-term goals are. Thank you for your comment @aiyb99. Please come back and visit again.
I will visit again to see your extraordinary post
It takes self-discipline to be consistent in doing the right things. But with each deliberate decision, we strengthen the habit of honesty & success.
Yes, that habit of strengthening is very good. Thank you for your comment.
Lol idk why thats so funny
Well, I don't know either, but I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for stopping by.
Well, I quite agree we should call a spared a spared but I have a question to ask. What do you do in a situation where, saying yes or not to what's yes/no, will be detrimental to some very important part of your life. Do you still live with that?
Very good question, @faianmani. Of course, it depends on the specifics of what you're taking about. However, yes, you have to make decisions in life on what to do. Base these on the core principles that matter most to you and what your long-term goals are. If, for instance, someone chooses to become a medical doctor, that means she/he has to say no to other options including other activities, at least while attending medical school. This is why it is important to know your long-term goals based on values you carefully embrace. Thank you for stopping by. Nice to hear from you.
I get your point, it's a pleasure learning from you. Please check your discord, I dropped the discussion I early told you about. I await your response
