Lending a helping hand can make all the difference. Oscar is one of the locals here in Costa rica. He was born def and cannot speak. As one of local artists he sells these amazing a palm leaf decorations from parrots and iguanas to hats and backpacks. An amazing and probably almost forgotten skill. He has been sad lately. Its low season and no one is around in our small community. I saw him in tears one day and decided it was time to help out. I couldnt imagine not being able to speak with anyone. And no one here knows sign language. Lets all help Oscar. I will buy every single one of the art pieces he makes with your help and support. Lets make Oscars low season one to remember! Oscar was so happy today. For the first time ever he tried to open his mouth and speak with me. Something that had never happened before. he was so greatful when i told hime what my aim was with the steemit community... Two votes for dragon next ;)

Yeah! It seeme like something to do. WE also paid for a friends dog medicine they couldnt afford, than another friend who needed money we paid to make us dinner :) build a bigger table is waht they say right!

Since I am on steaming (just 3 months) I meet a lot of interesting nice people from around the world. We still living in Chicago but next year we moving of the grid to south pacific and then true story going to start.
