My friend makes 8-10 large briskets each year for a party he hosts. He fires up 2 grills and does a couple in the stove. The grilled ones are always my favorite. This party is coming up in a few weeks and now I can't wait!!! That looks SO good.

Nice work for a first attempt. Bet you get better with each try.
