Yes Jerry paid for the whole round, I’ve added that in now so it’s clearer. Sorry about that.
From what I can gather Dave paid the rather large taxi fair as was arranged before travel upfront on the condition Jerry would bank role all indulgences in the city. I don’t think things went quiet to plan...
And yes I guess I may have more stories to relay on here, ‘‘tis the season where everyone who doesn’t go out drinking decides to visit their local pubs. As I had it explained to me once there is an etiquette to every pastime in life and at this time of year that goes out the window in hospitality for many people. It makes for a tough few weeks but a wealth of interesting anecdotes.
