What are witnesses and how the hell do I get their support?
How does one invoke Curie? Weekly? Daily?
I'm fairly certain I know what Curation is, but at the same time...
Why the hell do so many (and I do mean SO MANY) people send money to Bittrex, and how can I use it...
Resteeming services that ACTUALLY get you more exposure
There's a couple of other things, but that's what's on my mind currently. I know I gotta interact more with the feed in order to, hopefully, acquire followers and such, but still...if a resteem service doesn't -really- give you any action, why bother?
Upvote bots at least have a direct result. :V So should Resteemers.

Witnesses are trusted members that run stuff like administration of servers, Steem nodes, provide ongoing Steem price in usd etc.
Curie has it's guidelines which curators follow, so they search for exceptional posts in that spirit. Curie's goal is to reward new, consistent authors that didn't have much success in terms of rewards. You can read more on Curie's channel on steemit.chat
Curation is when you look for good content and reward it. :)
Bittrex is a popular crypto exchange where you can use Steem to buy other cryptocurrencies or if you want to cash out.
I don't use any of those, so can't help. I find the best way to get more exposure is to engage with other users, read their posts, comment etc.

In regards to number 5,
The resteem bot only costs 0.05 and will get your post up on the trending page for awhile. 2600 followers
The steemvote bot costs 0.50 and depending on when you do it will resteem and give you some upvotes.
@doctorcrypto - yeah, but do such resteemers work though?
I tried them awhile ago and the results were kinda terrible. Still...if they can help me get on the trending page, I'll give those two a shot again.

Anyway, thanks for those answers! I couldn't but help to notice, as I'm trollin' around through wallets and people's blogs, that there's a bunch of Witnesses who don't seem to ever declare services or anything, but still receive SBD and links from people as if they're an upvote bot.
Just a weird, weird thing.
That explains the thing with bittrex...I'm tryin' to get a workaround established so I can finally have an online wallet (decided to jump into Laser.Online today) for bitcoins, but I wonder if Bittrex would work for such a thing faster than, say, VirWox or whatever.
