Wow this is truly amazing so far I can't wait for the next part!! I live in Santa Cruz, and lived in Felton and further up Zayante. I love it here. But it's even more expensive now with Silicon Valley Spreading out. I also LOVE New Mexico. Toying with returning in Sept for part of my second vacation. Thanks for this detailed and thoughtful post.

ahh yes that's right you live in Santa Cruz.. lucky man! One day you must photograph me how the pizza my heart looks these days.. I might regret it as i have a serious pizza issue.. ;-)
