The most important issue about starting out in whatever God is laying in your heart to do this year is your working plan. Some Christians erroneously think that faith in God permits us to be sloppy and haphazard in whatever we do. You won't think so if you knew the way God works. God does not engage in any hit and miss business. He plans his work and works his plan. For instance, in creating the earth, God worked according to a planned system. To create man, God has a design (Psalm 139:16). If you must be successful as God wants you to be, then be like God; have a working plan in whatever you do this year.
