I joined gym a month and a half ago and so far I've lost 9 kgs, that's around 18 pounds. And, I'm 73 kg now, that's around 146 pounds. And, I'm 5'5".

It's never too late. So, my plan is to eat less carbs more protein, lose fat and build muscles this year. 😉
