I had been to the St. Louis, MO(for a day) for the July long weekend. Amazing place. I liked the downtown when compared to the downtowns in other cities. It has a park, places to sit around, fountains, restaurants, a big stadium nearby and what not.
We went to the Martin Memorial Park to get the amazing view of the Gateway Arch.
We planned to go to the top of the arch but the tickets were sold out for that day and the next day. So we spent our time in the park that evening. The Old Courthouse is a part of Jefferson National Expansion Memorial Park.
Next day we headed towards Kansas City.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I will update more about the trip in the future posts.

These are awesome! I've only been there once for a concert, but it was amazing to me how the arch impacts so many place in the city with it's presence. You really captured that!

Very nice photos.
The ride up to the top of the arch in those little conveyor cars can be very HOT this time of year; and ... a bit claustrophobic!
The view also will not be as clear on a summer haze day...
Nonetheless, if now's when you're there, it's worth it to go up once.
Stupid, though, how they have a TSA style dis-arming to make sure you don't take control of the arch with a finger nail clipper and fly it into an occupied building (/sarcasm)
The brewery tour is awesome, lots of beer tasting. The restaurant in their has some really great food too.
