Very good post, however, I found that when I start my day working towards a reward that turns the whole day to a very annoying task.

Sort:  

Hmm Yes I understand, but maybe then we have to remind ourselves to keep a positive attitude when starting the tasks, and always remembering the reward and goal

Positive attitude can not be maintained 24/7 for there is no good without the bad.

Optimism is a major key.
