Yes. But, not only did they threaten them, they are presently threatening them right now, and continuing to kidnap and pimp children to their captive officials and prominent persons, which most likely enables ever worse blackmail to be imposed.
This has been proved in US courts of law. Ghislaine Maxwell has been convicted and sentenced to 20 years in prison for trafficking children. The publicly available record of Maxwell's life shows she continually associated with wealthy and well appointed people, attending the wedding of Chelsea Clinton, hanging out with the Andrew formerly known as Prince (even sitting on the English Throne), seen with sitting President Bill Clinton, Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson, Bill Gates, Sir Richard Branson, Barack Obama, and many, many more. There is little question but that is the crowd she was trafficking her sex slaves to. However, the court sealed those findings of fact on which she was convicted, preventing the specific crimes and criminals from being known to the public, preserving the utility of blackmail to the spooks she provided the compromising materials, to extort that crowd.
Additionally, as I mention in the OP, JPMorgan Chase and Jamie Dimon paid the sex slaves that survived to testify and sue for damages today ~$300M to relieve their suffering the bank aided and facilitated by enabling the rapists of those women to pay their pimps $2.4B in 9000 separate payments. Further, the family association of Maxwell with her father, Robert Maxwell's circle, absolutely included his fellow Israeli, British, Russian, and American spies in Mossad, MI6, the GRU, and the CIA. Epstein's long and intimate friendship with former Israeli PM Ehud Barak, and with other wealthy people also strongly connected to Israel and Israeli intelligence, like Leslie Wexner and Leon Black, leave little doubt that the spooks that aided and abetted Maxwell in her pimping activities (likely by procuring kidnapped and sacrificial sex slaves, which she herself was not able to do) benefited politically and economically from that blackmail material her activities produced.
No one I know that has the least familiarity with the Epstein criminal enterprise has any doubt Mossad was at the heart of it. Certainly the many corrupt USG officials are well aware of whom is holding their reins, which is why so many of them 'stand with Israel' or, like Trump, continually proclaim their groveling to their Israeli masters and their extraordinary service to Israel.
Then there are the public threats of Israeli PM Netanyahu to do unspecified harm to the West if it does not promptly comply with his demands for policies favoring Israel and Zionism.

It is apparent these spooks by this means have gained virtually total control of politicians of Western countries, and Israel isn't threatening England, France, and Germany with military strikes, but with simply posting proof of them committing horrific criminal acts against enslaved children. If the blackmailed politicians don't obey Netanyahu's every whim, they will be torn limb from limb by the outraged parents of missing children, and so the countries they manage implement the demanded policies with all possible haste.

Asian overlords generally face no criminal punishment for having sex with minors.
They avoid criminal punishment by paying settlements to the minors' parents out of thousands of dollars in American money.
All I have stated is a matter of public record, except I have pointed out that blackmail materials remain useful only as long as they are secret, and asserted these crimes are obviously ongoing despite the blatant lies of politicians and their schemes to keep them secret, which are obvious from the public record and common sense.
In America it is the same, except there are civil tort actions that can be pursued, as the women that survived being raped as children have done to gain $M's through suing for relief.
