I think it's an indirect attack on China, who is a primary customer of Venezuelan oil exports, rank piracy and a threat to every sovereign country in the world, whom must all be alert to the prospect of rogue US military actions to assassinate political leaders, conduct illegal acts of war on their soil, or otherwise compromise their sovereignty with raw military force. This is exactly why the US dollar is losing it's reserve status with increasing rapidity as the Dollar hegemony is used to harm sovereign states for political reasons.

I wish any of these things were true.
All wars are bankers' wars. As control of currency has been gradually attained by banksters in every jurisdiction and polity in the world (an interesting fact regarding that is Venezuela is one of very few countries that do not have a national bank), the governments of these jurisdictions have become little more than mascots, merely symbols populations are continually manipulated to worship through the Machiavellian machinations banksters subject them to. We observe that in 2020 the governments of the world, instead of each developing policies per their unique constitutions and legislative mechanisms, virtually all adopted the identical policy of locking down populations, terrorizing them with false propaganda regarding a plague, and coerced them into submitting to become test subjects for experimental genetic therapies. Some slight policy variations caused populations to remain focused on their governments rather than it becoming absolutely undeniable that this policy was being imposed by a global entity on every jurisdiction, and focusing their concern on that global entity instead of wasting their efforts on governments that were obviously not competent to develop policy.

None of these wars were in the interest of Americans. All of them enabled incalculable profits to be made by banksters through the debt based monetary system. Money is created today when a loan is made. Governments are the biggest borrowers because privately owned national banks have become how their currencies are created, and governments borrow their money to fund their operations, none of which is more expensive and urgent than war. Governments contract with defense manufacturers for production of war materiel and borrow the money from banks to pay the contractors at interest. The banks do not have the money they lend to borrowers. It is created by the loan itself. The banks don't hand borrowers a stack of cash they had on hand. They credit the borrower with the loan amount in an account the borrower opens with the bank. When payments are made by the borrower against the credited accounts the banks pay the amounts demanded, and the borrowers make payments to the banks, adding interest to the principal of the loan amounts. The borrowers can't spend more than the principal the banks claim to have lent them, but pay the banks more than the banks have claimed to lend them, ensuring that the banks take in more money than their books show they have put out. This is the magical debt based money usury enables to gradually increase the proportion of financial wealth banks possess and gradually enslaves populations responsible for the debts their governments incur on their behalf to the real rulers of the world.
In addition to the obvious bribery potential to banksters an ability to conjure infinite money out of thin air avails them, the Epstein scandal demonstrates that there is also blackmail used to ensure government agents act in the interests of the banksters rather than their populations. The increasing panoptic surveillance enables far greater granularity of control, and the imposition of social credit scores applied by AI enables the direct control of every individual in every aspect of their lives economic resources impacts - and there is no aspect of our lives economic resources do not impact. This will enormously simplify the control of people of the world by the real masters that own them, eliminating the entire complex of institutions that has formerly been used and reducing that control to three things: the masters, the AI, and the slaves. Corporations, businesses, stocks, jobs, employers, wages, laws, governments, property, none of it matters anymore when the social credits AI assigns individuals is determined by the metrics of the algorithms programmed into AI, and that score then determines every single aspect of individuals every minute of their lives. Every waking moment is decreed by the AI, the place where individuals do what they're told every minute, every bite of food, every drink, every word they speak and every word they read is provided by the AI every minute of every day.
Obviously biometric digital ID is necessary for the AI to apply the social credits to each individual, and digital currency is necessary for AI to be able to control it's disbursement. Neither of these things has yet been imposed - but both of them are are being rapidly imposed globally in every jurisdiction of the world right now. Either this system will have been imposed by the end of 2026, or the imposition of the global technocratic totalitarian tyranny the AI management of social credit scores described above is will have been at least delayed, and we will still have a chance to prevent it.
The hell of war is applying control of populations on an industrial scale. The NWO being imposed will apply that control individually. The wars served the banksters interests by increasing the chains of debt on all affected populations.
