You are right, this HF will have a big influence on how people are rewarded for comments.
I think it's going to boost the hell out of steemits productivity to the moon.

I'm testing out the difference in upvoting and personally I am enjoying the changes.
We will have to see how the changes will impact the overall usage and the economics behind the Steemit algorithm.
