Greetings my dear @steemit, today I have a question that I want to share with you, it is good that from time to time we reflect to correct certain things and improve as human beings, I asked this question because as it says saying "man is the only animal that stumbles on the same stone twice".
But why this phenomenon occurs, why sometimes we are not able to learn from our own mistakes and others in the elapsed time, can we learn from someone else's head? Are we able to get out of that vicious circle? They are super interesting questions to incur in the wonderful human mind.
In life we go through many stages which leave us some experience in which many times we make mistakes, first we should not feel defeated because everyone makes mistakes, when we reach the point of error we usually do a retrospective and start again the activity of the moment, it happens that sometimes we block and go back to doing exactly the same thing getting the same result which is frustrating, some do not keep trying and others seek to continue, I remind you that when you find yourself in a similar situation the strategy changes but not abandon that project, because if someone else did it, why do not you?
Then starting from the above we must recognize the error, accept it and forgive us to continue, no one is perfect, always keep that in mind, another super influential factor is historical knowledge, if you are running a company for the first time, for example, many good things and not so good in which you must document, review the precedents because if you do not know the background you are vulnerable to commit the same historical mistakes, there is a proverb that says "the man who does not know his past will never have a future" no predestines to make the same mistakes again and again and never believe that the mistake was made by another but that will not happen to you because if you use the same methodology with the same conditions you will get the same result.
