It was a long road and I wasn't in debt like most people are these days. But I still did not want a car payment a mortgage payment etc etc.I knew places in fact many places that I could buy land and live with out debt. We didnt have very much debt after we sold the house a few cars etc!
So the journey started First off we had to many things so we sold everything that we really didn't need including our house.
Next I found a farm sitting job in Costa Rica it was for a year.
We took care of 100 acres of property I suppose you could say.
It gave us time to figure out our next move.
It was about 300 a month to feed our family so not to bad.
We stayed there a year or more before I was ready to move on.
Craigslist has always made money for me. It has been a good source of income for many years. Its not for everyone but with a bit of creativity I was making money in the USA while I was living in Costa Rica!
Eventually we saved up a bit and found a place we could afford paid it off ASAP!
Realized the property is big and we can have more than one family live on it this cuts down on the costs again!
The main thing is I don't use credit if I want something I save up for it. Sure it might take longer but I always end up paying less!
Don't use credit that is how you don't have debt!
Yes I invested in cryptos a few years back and so far it has helped alot! It helps to know which ones and have good advisers!

It's so admiring to see someone who does not have any debt.It sure had to be hard for you to achieve debtless life that you have right now.Did you enjoy the life in Costa Rica? Are you still living there? As far as I know Costa Rice is one of the most eco friendly countries ( powered by green energy ) .

Thank you for visiting and commenting I live in Hawaii on the Big Island. I didn't like living in Costa Rica very much. Snakes! Petty thief was everywhere. We had to guard our belongings at most of the good hotels. Serious. Sanitary conditions ,I am a surfer they just dump raw sewage into the water. Like diapers and such! It is an interesting culture we lived in a very rural area the people had little food and no work ethic. I worked online all day They thought because I made 300 a month that I was rich LOL ;-)
Why would they throw diapers in the water :/ That's very nasty and it's an example of bad education. We should protect the water ourselves, it's for our best.I wonder if there is any solution for the snakes.. I mean did they enter the houses or something ?
