Good day, everyone! Today I have discovered a very interesting thing about William Shakespeare. Big THANKS to Michael from Vsauce for that.
Before I continue I would like to shortly introduce William for people who are not familiar with him. William Shakespeare was an English poet, playwright and actor. He wrote one of the widely known tragedies - Hamlet.
Moving on, you might call it a mysterious coincidence, impossibility or simply a joke but it's REAL and it's there. Let's get into it, shall we?
Rearrangement
Now if you will rearrange the letters of William Shakespeare you can get a phrase "Here was I Like A Psalm". In case you wonder, both name and a phrase has exactly the same 18 letters. You may ask "Okay, Forest, but what does this phrase mean?" Well let's take a closer look.
If you will count 46 words from the top in Psalm 46 which can be found in the King James Bible, you will end up with the word "shake". Here is a picture illustrating that below:

If you will count 46 words from the bottom in the same page (541) excluding the first word "Selah", which is a musical mark or instruction, you will stop at "spear". Picture to illustrate that below:

Guess what, William Shakespeare was exactly 46 years old when the King James Bible was fully completed.
I think it's fascinating. There are so many things to discover in our world if we manage to be a little bit more curious, don't you think so? Let me know what are your thoughts about it. Have a great day!

Very interesting!
The nature of coincidence is something that has intrigued great minds for years. Whole books have been written on the subject. For anyone interested, Arthur Koestler's "The Roots of Coincidence" is worth a look.
am gonna check the book out.

This was an interesting post and also why I love anagrams. Did you ever wonder if Shakespeare himself was aware of this coincidence? What are the odds?
Thank you for your time. I think he did not know :) But then how could someone figure that out. What do you think?
True, I guess unless you spent time playing with the letters of your name, you wouldn't figure out something like that. But now it's got me wanting to fool around with my own name to see if there are any hidden coincidences.
I post is really entertaining. I can read all your post and not get bored. Good work here. š
Thank you for your kind words!
