I feel your frustrations! I'm a WFH dad and know the grind of getting the kids to school, work in the office, remove the cat from the keyboard, bike ride at lunch, and then kids are about home! At least they're mostly self sufficient, except for needing to be hounded to complete homework.
Good luck! It can be a big change, but the one thing mom's understand at least it's time management! You can do this.
