Right now, right where you are, you are fine... You may have pain, you may have heartache, you may have a loved one who just passed away, you may have a thousand debts over your head, but breathe.
...just breathe.
The world is a circle. Everything runs on a wheel of time. That wheel always turns. The bad does not last forever. The pain does not last a lifetime, and your tears will dry. Your pain will become a distant memory. The pangs in your core will vanish as fast as they arrived. You will go from strength to strength. All you have to do is breathe. Breathe and allow whatever you are feeling to wash over you, and through you. Do not let it hold you for a lifetime.
When something is ready to let go, let it go, no matter what it is. Allow everything to be as it should be... free and at peace.
Everything you are going through is what you, yourself have created. You are the creator. You are holding the key. You are the answer and the questions. Therefore breathe. Let life be, and let it be done.
