The purpose of your life is far greater than your own personal fulfillment, your peace of mind or even your happiness. If you want to know why you were placed on this planet you must begin with God. You were born by his purpose and for his purpose.
We ask ourselves selfcentered questions, but focusing on ourselves will not reveal our life's purpose. Which is why after chasing the money, our careers and ambitions, we most times end up feeling empty, even though we've achieved alot and gained all the money and fame we still feel insatiable. This is because there's a hole in our life that only God can fill.
The bible says, "it's in christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for". Hence, you discover your identity and purpose through a living relationship with Jesus Christ.
