Actually you may join some gym or do some exercise. The best thing which i do is i wake up at 6:00 AM and go to gym and then i feel tired around 10 PM and when i try to sleep, it only takes a minute. You have to do something in your whole day due to which you may feel a bit tired.

Bro my case isn't that I can't sleep. I can sleep but due to the burden of work, I can't. Can I stay healthy even when I sleep less?
