For me, be in a place that you have to be in contact with the public is a huge responsability, work in a airline its a challenge for the kind of public that you are going to assist, the nervous one, the asker, the fighter, the unhappy, the sad passenger and others.
But it doesn't matter the type of passanger you always must be patiente, kind, understand and help them every single need that they have, obviously flight it can be a stressful activity and dangarous in some cases, so we have to be human and being prepared for every situation, be in a call center its hard because sometimes you don't have many options, just talking to the supervisor and ask for help and pray for a solution.
Its a huge responsability attend the needs of somebody else, so you have to be prepared, because some passangers just want to insult you for others mistakes, crying for familiars who died, need answers for that your not allowed to give answer, or may be they are in a good mood and they invited you to travel with them hahahaha sometimes happen.
The Airline made me the best gift ever, in a travel with them I knew the love of my live and he travel to visit me and make a proposal marriage, so it's been a wonderful journey learn and help people throught me knowleage.
