OK... Another weekend, another experiment in cooking. I'm not "kitchen trained" as they say so trying to cook is like a science experiment for me.. Plus a lot of YouTube searches 😂😂😂

The last time I tried to make the perfect fried chicken was a success however my youngest son suffered with his allergies kicking in that very night. Realized that one of the key ingredients which I used for the fried chicken caused a his ezema to trigger.

This time round I had to remove that ingredient and try once more. Here is the result. Nice crispy chicken !!

I still manage to retain the taste and actually for me it seems way better. The ingredient which I've removed was Tumeric..

I guess I won't be using this for awhile since my son will start to itch all day if I did use it.

So on Steem there is still so much drama going on, however a lot of community content creators are still trying to carry on creating content none related to the drama.

We all acknowledge what everyone is doing to rally the community for support of doing what is right... Let's also keep creating a diversity of content and not only focus on one single topic.

Don't forget to vote the witnesses you trust and not only vote because what everyone else tells you. Do your own due diligence else you are no better then what the exchanges did.
