Day 38 - Challenging day!
Ok today I have felt pretty crap! I have done quite a bit including love myself exercises and 2 Transformational Breath (TB) sessions and some EFT. I've felt it quite challenging to feel ok and have felt emotional, lonely and depressed!
Maybe this is things just processing and I know I must just keep going and not focus too much on what I don't want. I had a bad dream last night about having very bad depression and I felt it quite intensley which did surprise me as I have not felt depression like that in a dream before. Someone told me today that it can be a good sign to process those kind of emotions in a dream and hopefully that is true.
Ok no one said this journey would be smooth so I'll take this as just a rewarding part of growth! :)

Hi friend. Sorry your day has not been great. It does sound to me that you are still processing and trying to get things out. TB is really good for this. Are you keeping a dream journal.....a lot of info can be gained from this. Be well :) Peace.
Hi thanks for your kind words! I have kept a dream journal for many years, not so much recently. I make a note still though of dreams that are quite intense. And I know TB has helped many people, personally I have not noticed any conscious beneficial differences but like you say things may still be processing. All in good time, patience as always is key, and I do struggle with that side of things but I will keep moving forward and growing as always.

Oh I totally get you are feeling a bit down. You could look at it this ways -we live in a world of contrast, so to recognise joy you need to experience the down days occasionally. Also, Isnt the saying something like - it is often the darkest before the dawn?
