So many people’s pay such a lot of their time in their past and future. These states are really laborious because the hard moment ,that's real is that the currently, till that moment is gone. It’s very imperative for people to know however is it that they waste their life thinking in events that happened or could happen. Typically times, the past is simply manufacturing a lot of pain and struggle and also the future is simply making a lot of anxiety and uncertainty So why would you wish to remember these uncomfortable feelings again and again? Why not opt for staying targeted on this wherever you'll perfectly connect with more positive feelings which will surely produce higher life experiences.. You need to be willing to master your mind if what you're craving for is to measure a cheerful and fortunate life. The mind with its negative thinking and controls yore self and move on positive thinking

The past is past and has nothing else to offer anyone except for the experiences and the lessons that came with it.
The energy used in worrying about the events of the past, what you did or couldn't do; the missed opportunities etc such energy is enough to create ripples and innovation for a better future.
There is no wisdom in dwelling in the past when the future is so promising and awaiting our awesomeness
