Why not? Hug everyone, and hug them with love in your heart. You never know when you just made someone's day, that person could've had weeks without a hug.
If you don't like physical touch, do something else. Hold a door open for someone out of love for the fellow human. Smile at the next person that walks by. Help someone load groceries. Respect their views and listen when someone speaks. Take a walk with them and give them twenty minutes of your life you can never regain but have given for quality time- let all of it be done with love.
