Being Grateful is a Bliss

We often tend to keep dwelling on the things we did not get, keep wishing for more and more, thinking if it gets done or if it is achieved, then we will be happy. We keep wishing, overthinking about it and if it does not come, we are disappointed, bearing pain, don't realize even once that its just a matter of thoughts. We forget that we are living a life we once dreamed of. Just close your eyes and think about all the beautiful things u have in your present...which is all yours...which no one can take back from you. Is n't that enough that u r alive, do whatever you want to, dream big, make your every moment fun. Isn't that enough that u have a life which people dream for. Isn't that enough that u r alive when lot of people are fighting for it. Being grateful for whatever you have is the best feeling one can have anytime. Even from your bad experiences, you get something...LESSON. Isn't that enough that because of your experiences, you have become wiser. Isn't that enough that you have a passion to live for. Its not about what happened to you,its about how you take it. What is the use of creeping for things that are out of your control.Who does not know that stars can't shine without darkness. There comes a time when life does not go, the way you want it to be. But it really matters how you respond to it. Happiness is within and completely independent of outer circumstances. Its all about how you feel. When you wake up in the morning, give yourself first ten minutes, close your eyes and think about everything you have and be grateful for it. Make it a habit and you will be energized for the whole day. Learn to accept things the way they are...the more you accept..the more peace you will find inside. Peace is the primary nature of soul.
