Have you heard of the twin flame/soulmate dichotomy? I just started learning about these concepts and I must say it is some powerful stuff. Here are a couple definitions that only begin to explain this profound way of looking at relationships.

So while you feel that this damn person brings chaos, imbalance and heart break into your life, they are actually there to help you come into your highest good." - Macey Tomlin
My takeaway is that at the end of the day, it all comes back to self love and being open to receiving what the universe and the humans you are in relationship have to offer your growth. Rather than resisting the pain and struggle, embrace it and learn from it. In doing so you raise your vibration and can ultimately find a place of inner peace. Twin Flames, while they may be chaotic and cause much pain, should ultimately be a source of gratitude for us as they help us to grow in to the infinitely powerful human beings we truly are.
